Delivery

As an experienced retailer we understand the importance of a prompt, professional, curteous, and efficient delivery service. Our delivery team have a wealth of experience and are skilled in the assembly and installation of our full range of products. We aim to offer the utmost in delivery service for our customers, therefore we offer different levels of service to best suit your needs and requirements.

Standard Delivery

With the choice of our standard delivery your goods will be delivered to your address, unloaded and placed into the room(s) of your choice. The standard delivery service does not include assembly, installation, or removal of packinging.

At the checkout you can upgrade your standard delivery to deluxe delivery for only £10.

Deluxe Delivery

With the choice of our deluxe delivery your goods will be delivered to your address, unloaded and placed into the room(s) of your choice at which time the relevant assembly and installation will be undertaken readying the products for your use, with all packaging removed and recycled in accordance with our environmental policy. We recommend that you choose deluxe delivery when ordering large products which require complex assembly, and products with intricate fixings and fittings.


Arrange Delivery or Collection

If your home address or delivery location lies outside our 25 mile delivery radius, we will endeavour to arrange delivery for you with one of our trusted and experienced furniture delivery companies. We always aim to give you the cheapest possible price, but will not compromise on quality of service. If you are notified that your location is outside of our range, you can continue with your order, at which time a member of our sales team will contact you to arrange a delivery to your address or location. Or if you would prefer, you can contact us on 0161 792 2332 to discuss a possibe delivery for a prospective order. If you would prefer, you can collect your furniture from our warehouse, please bare in mind that if you have purchased a large order you will require ample transportation for your purchase(s).


Delivery Information

When you place an order with us we will endeavour to quote you the most accurate lead time based on the products you have ordered, this lead time is given to the best of our knowledge at the time of ordering. We cannot be held responsible for any delays due to circumstances beyond our control, but we will inform you of any changes in due course.

When your order is recieved into our warehouse we will endeavour to contact you to inform you of its arrival. We are able to hold orders in our warehouse for one month free of charge after they have come into stock.

Upon commencement of your delivery date, at your request, our drivers will contact you one hour before their arrival, please state your desire to be contacted one hour before when ordering.
